Introduction
Olotu trading co.ltd what was established in 1993 for the purpose of selling hardware and building materials, paints of different kinds both decorative and automotiveS. During period of business we noticed some shortcomings of operations between technicians (mafundi) and manufacturers/ distributors. We found out that there was no strong link between the above group.
Now that we are the once Who noticed this a normally we decided to take up the challenge and we have come up with the idea of establishing a training units where the groups as mentioned above Would meet and interact.
Manufacturers and distributors will be able to showcase their products and clients will be trained on how to handle and use the products.
We will be responsible in organizing training and workshop on behalf of manufacturers and distributors by Organizing necessary technicians(mafundi)), Venue and Necessary equipments example projectors, Drawing board, chairs etc.
The knowledge our team will acquire during the training process will make it possible for us to organize more and more training maybe after every three months in accordance to special agreement, even in Absentia of the manufacturers Or distributors’ training team.
Even after training we will keep a cross contact/follow up with the trained technician and regularly do site visitation for demonstrations and to gather feedback
Purpose of training unit.
They are so many challenges in the business today and as such can be encountered by training issue
- New products awareness can be introduced to the clients e.g. masons, plumbers,electricians E.t.c throughout the training center this is the only way to introduce new products bank
- Share skills and knowledge about handling , care and how to correctly use the Product as bad handling can Tarnish the good name of the manufacturer or distributor
- When the customer and business counter but meet at the center and share the skills they become familiar and create a good tie in the business Sector.
- The Results of our training should be accompanied with tools support to the Trainees.
